Reiki Teaching — Levels & Workshops

Teaching Reiki is one of the deepest joys in my practice. I offer Reiki training in the Usui lineage, rooted in traditional principles, trauma-informed care, and lived experience from my years as a midwife, mindfulness teacher, and end-of-life doula.
My approach weaves gentle ritual, body awareness, and nervous-system safety into each training, ensuring students learn not only the techniques, but also how to embody Reiki as a daily practice of compassion, regulation, and presence.

Training Levels

• Level 1 – Self-Healing & Foundations (£275)
  Learn to channel Reiki for yourself and others, understand Byosen scanning and Kenyoku cleansing, and begin your personal healing journey.

• Level 2 – Practitioner (£400)
  Deepen your practice with Reiki symbols, distance healing, and practitioner ethics, preparing you to offer Reiki professionally or as part of your existing healing work.

• Level 3 – Master Teacher (£550)
  Refine your energy awareness, learn attunement techniques, and explore teaching methods and lineage stewardship.
  Discounts are available for students who have studied a previous level with me.

Specialised Workshops

• Reiki for Pregnancy, Birth & Postpartum — and Baby Reiki (£200)
  Explore how Reiki supports the perinatal journey, strengthens bonding, and nurtures calm for both parent and baby.

• Reiki for End of Life, Death & Grief Support (£150)
  Learn to use Reiki as a compassionate presence during dying, loss, and transition — with emphasis on grounding, boundaries, and gentle touch.

Each training and workshop includes hands-on practice, manual, attunement, certificate, and access to an ongoing Reiki circle for continued learning and support.
